SAC B-29 help

Modeling friends, I need some help. I am looking for Strategic Air Command B-29 markings for Lake Charles/Chennault Air Force Base.

I'm seeing that the 44th Bomb Wing was there also James. Those two squadrons were in the 68th BW.

Coming up blank Kenny, I'll see if I can dig out my SAC book for anything. From what I'm reading they were just training on B29 and RB29 right?

True, but I didnt see that they used B-29s. Did they? I dont have much so I guess not much help.

Chennault was a fully functioning SAC base with B-29s and B-47s.

Thank you Bob and James for the help. I finally found it. The 44th was the triangle S. the 68th was listed as unknown. I got a 1/144 B-29A in USAF markings at last weeks model contest. Last year I got a 1/144 B-47.

Wondering where you found that Kenny? How does the markings of a SAC squadron go unknown?
