What can you do to replicate this? Sand it down and poke holes? You know what I'm asking- adding the heat induced rust rot to mufflers, tail pipes ect. Happy Halloween! CR

thin it out from the inside with a dremel tool or knife, then add rust pigments or real rust that you scrape of some rusty metal and mix with flat clear.
