problem with New World Miniatures

Hello everyone

Sorry to moderators if this is not the proper forum to this question.

I bought some figures to this company a pair of months ago. I received them but in one of them, the figure (NWM35040, LRDG driver) had two left arms and no right arm!. I´d try to contact with them with several e-mails and even in their website in "contact". No reply.

Please, can someone provide me an e-mail of this company? May be the e-mails I have are not correct.
