The tracks are actually one of the best features. They replicate the rubber band tracks of the original perfectly.

I too do like the tracks as they are

but

B)

...I would've really liked a DS Styrene option included, as early vehicles (like the T19) had no idler spring and would show track sag, especially vehicles such as the T19, with the added weight of the gun.

I used a home made jig and boiling water to sag mine. (which may be difficult to see in the photo)

Nice sag Ken...So you finally used some directionals! :rotf

Still have mine I don't know what to do with, think I painted them up and used for stowage on a deuce and a half.

Ken, any other tips for this kit? Pictures are worth a thousand words (unless they are for a magazine, then they are worth $ as well).

Thanks for the input.

Regards,

Yeah Bob,

I used my directionals but it still didn't stop me from denting up the front fender and tearing the headlight apart.

:pp

Saúl, I could write a book ...or am I ? ;)

Umm out of the box though, use the cab sides without the 'jerry can' lumps, use the unditching roller not the winch, and use the rear sprocket mounts found on those two small sprue add-ons (C43 and C44 I think?) and no mine racks. There are quite a few other things, some common to all HT's that can be addressed as well but that would take a bit of typing.

As for photos, this is for publication (not with SMA) and I'd have to see what I have that I'm not turning in.
