Occurs to me that the Tamiya is missing the radar scope unless it's located in another spot, I made the assumption is was down in the cabin.
 
As soon as I get some machine guns I'll start this. Not sure about the piggyback though as all the pictures I've found and from the links provided are small and dont show well enough for me at least to try and model. Getting old and squinting is getting old. Sigh.
