Well the little panzer is all done!! I finished up with some paint chipping and some rain and rust streaks. The chipping was done with a sponge and streaks were tiny spots of oil paint pulled down with a flat brush. Pretty easy to do. I put on the flat coat did a little more highlight and here it is.
