How can the 3-8 Dolphins be giving 3 points to the Raiders? I don't get that one

Anthony , I'm down with Thursday nights game also , gimmie the Eagles .

Dolphin / Raider game , the book is looking at this game as an even match , ......... the 3 points is given only because the Dolphins are home , if the Dolphins were playing in Oakland , they would be getting 3 .
 
Just went back over the lines , ............. what the hell do I do with the Pats giving the Colts 21 points !!!!!!
 
Yes I understand point spreads,but don't see how they think the teams are even,with the Raiders in 1st place and 7-4'but I am a Raiderfan,so I will happily take those points
