Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about the new '48 scale Blackbird by Revell? I saw a few pics online and it looks like it might be a good kit.
 
I have both the old Testors/Italieri 1/48th kits SR-71 and YF-12. They were pretty good sized, but neither was huge. Mostly they were long. The SR-71 was never finished as the fit problems it had were horrendous. Never started the YF-12, which is the interesting plane with it's lower vane that extends after becoming airborne.

Hopefully this kit will be a much better kit than the crappy Testors kit was.
