As far as I know..it could only be flown from one cockpit on this version. There is a video out there of a f82 flying at oshkosh. There is a camera in the empty cockpit, and you can see the throttle moving from the inputs of the pilot. So I'm not going to say yes or no.. thanks for looking.

Both cockpits were designed with complete dual flight controls but only basic instrumentation on the starboard fuselage. The idea was to have two pilots, one relieving the other during long recon flights.

On the right cockpit of the P-82B, we can see the controls clearly:

I just need to find what happened to the stick (where it was stowed) when the radar scope took space.

While I don't see rudder pedals on this F-82C cockpit (maybe too dark):

F-82D cockpit still has rudder pedals:

How can I put this..the fit of the body to the wings is bad. I tried multiple ways and test fit to see what would work best. After all was said and done the body's are canted leaning outward. May not be noticeable in the pics, but when your looking down it level you can see it. The way they did it is poor but I don't know what else they could have done. If I build another one I will have to find another way to do it.

Very interesting about the cockpits! Thanks Mo and Saul!

That's disappointing about the fit though!
