Does anyone hare have contact with the people from Mission Models ? They don't seem very big on answering my Emailed questions.

I get the impression that the shop is closed. No updates seen. I personally don't buy from them directly thanks to a person there but their Micro-Chisel and 50 Cal rounds/Clips are fabulous and well worth acquiring. Other tools I have found to be easily replaced by simple and sometimes cheaper designs.

Closed as in " permanently ? " . Chuckw seems to be so sold on their scribe I wanted to try to try one out but can't seem to locate one anywhere...They seem too expensive to me but if I liked it that well it would be worth the expense since I do quite a bit of rescribing.

Well, their What's New is dated January 20th, 2010. The panel scriber set is "pre-order" so, nothing seems updated.

Sprue Brothers has the handle and chisel replacement tips but not the scriber. Few, if any, stores seem to have it in stock at the moment.

I'll ask a round this weekend. They used to be open to the public- but ended that right after I learned that they were nearby. D'oh!

Thanks, guys. I'm starting to think if it's gonna be this difficult to get blades maybe it's not worth the effort.
