Hate to post a link for the header, but I don't know what this stuff is really called!

Hobby Link Japan sells this as do several on E-bay- sprue bros and Hobby Linc DO NOT-

Where in America can you get this stuff? Seems like they are on every forum ect online but I can't find a store in the USA. Is Hobby Link Japan the only deal here?

I get my Ma.K. off of ebay when I see a good deal, as it's expensive.

I believe http://www.starshipmodeler.biz/shop/ sells them as well but like I said, they aren't cheap.

Thanks- I have been web scrounging for the last few hours checking this stuff out! I had no idea there was so much of it. BUT at 1/20 these things can't be more than 4 inches tall- the money is the real issue here.

1/20 is a big scale on the line of model car. Think about the size of a figure that would fit in a model can and that will give you a idea of the size. Somewhere around a 90mm figure.

Most of the MaK stuff is OOP that's why it's high priced, but with the increased interest it may come back.

:idonno

Good point- I'm building a 1/20 scale racecar for my brother in law now- I'm keeping the figure's size in mind.

I would love to see these come into the mainstream of the hobby BECAUSE I WANT SOME!!!! LOL

I do to. I keep trying on E-spay, but keep getting out bid. Sometimes you can get the power suits for around $25 bucks. I will keep my eyes open.

;)

Too rich for my over stocked blood! I have more kits than I can build now without getting sidetracked to another genre. :S

Prices are often dictated by the suit itself, the ones that go for $25.00 are usually the less popular ones. In order to get one of the really cool, somewhat rare suits you can expect to pay $40.00 on the low end... and that would be a really good deal. They aren't cheap at all but then again neither are DML Tiger tanks.

Lucky for me, I hate Tiger tanks.

;)

Yes, they are about 4 - 4 1/2 inches tall, here's a photo of my last built suit next to a (blury) 1/35-1/32 Verlinden figure.

Yup...the Nitto kits tend to be more expensive than the newer Wave model ones...and they tend to include the metal springs like on my Fireball suit as opposed to the plastic attachments they use now...
