Calvin Tan is a Master at painting Figures ! He's a really good Sculptor too ! He paints a Lot of Alpine Miniatures box art. I would love to sit in on a Class ....
but alas he Lives in Singapore & Unless I win the Lottery here in Virginia, It will continue to be a Pipe Dream.
Maybe Jenny can grab him & bring him to the Next AMPS International Show in Fredericksburg V.A. April 6th-9th 2011 ??

Calvin's da man! Seriously, he's one heck of a nice guy, and one heck of a painter. He's also got a Painting Waffen-SS book out through Osprey. Don't be fooled by the title though: it's all about the techniques, baby! The techniques discussed are easily applied to other subject
