Engine looks like from a Piper, where are the floats from?

Couldn't get any more info other than it's a waco turned air boat in the CBI .

MP good call on the piper , but I don't really know , as far as the floats go , Japanese , Kingfisher ???

Don't think it would be a Kingfisher, doesn't look big enough and they would have to cannibalize two of them to get two floats.

Could well be Japanese though, that would make sense.
