Here's the situation.
I'm seriously thinking about moving from my bachelor apartment to a one bedroom unit about one block away. My stash of models and figures is really too big for me to build in my lifetime if I live another 31 years. I'd be 100 years young then. Many members on my dad's side of the family passed that milestone.
I want to thin down my stash. Most are Tamiya or Academy kits/figures. However I'm thinking that I'd also like to donate some of those kits or figures sets to someone who can not afford to buy them but would really like to build them or even one or two of them. I'm even willing to pay the postage to send them t o someone deserving of them.
So, do any of you know anyone who would love to build a 1/35 scale military model or some 1/35 scale figures but could not afford to buy them for themselves? Perhaps an underprivileged youngster, someone recovering from an illness, or a veteran?
Please let me know. PM if you prefer.
Cheers
