Just an introduction for ol Blighty...My name is Ross and I am a military historian. I am currently doing postgrad stuff with the aim of working and research in HE. Why is this important? Well it explains why I am a modeller. Both imform each other. I have met lots of modeller who are excellemnt amatuer historians with an almost encyclopedic of their interests. This is one of the great parts of our hobby. I am mainly a figure modellers but I love to dabble in most things. To be fair I am a closet aircraft modeller, my main research interest is Air Power History. Hopefully I will pick up lots of inspiration on the site.

Well that is the introduction done it is now down to some modelling
