That means:hello everybody in dutch! :)

I found this site just a few days ago and I can say ....I like it a lot!

I am now 41 years of age and started building military models when I was around 14 or so.
After a few years I lost interest. :(
But then at 19 years I became a conscript soldier in the Dutch army.
I served queen and country for 14 months were 12 months from I served in a recon batallion[in the north of Germany [the Coldwar was not over yet].
Seeing the real stuff made me find interest again. :)

As I mentiond,I like this site a lot.
T-N-T keep up the GOOD work!

Groetjes {= little greetings in Dutch} RON.

Welcome to the best site going. Lots of good friends and cool modeling going one here. Look forward to seeing your stuff.

Welcome aboard, Ron (That's English for Welcome aboard, Ron)

Just poking a little fun at the newbie. Glad you like it here. We're all friends and a splendid time is guarenteed for all.

Hi Ron welcome at T&T (a bit late :)

Always good to see another "Nederlander" at T&T!! Did you serve at 103 in Seedorf Germany? It doesn't matter, time heals all wounds :) I served at 42 BLJ from '88 till '89. :)

Groeten Erik

@ Erik: Yes! Alfa Eskadron 103 Verkenning lichting 88-5 !
Nice to have a ZANDHAAS on this forum!
My best friend served at 42 BLJ....so you see friendships between PAARDEN and ZAND
HAZEN are possible.

I still have a lot to learn about computers, so I am still a bit shy about posting
on this forum.

But I mentioned before: I like T-N-T very much.
I am glad to found such a COOL site! B)

Greetings, Reconron.

I like to thank Jenny and all of her friends for such a warm welcome!
{feels like a warm shower on a cold day} :)

@ANDY:Let me guess; Secretly you are a MASTER? :)

@BRAD; I like to build WW 2 stuff, mostly german AFV but sometimes also modern.
most recent I am building a Aufklaerungspanzer 38{T} mit 2cm Kw.K.38 {Dragon}
....a recce vehicle. :)
But alas ,I am a sloooooooooow builder.

But then again, I cannot always find the time for building models.
Time can be a female dog ;)

Greetings,Ron.

Well put Ron,
and welcome aboard.
Nice to have a fellow Countryman of Erik's aboard.
Don't be shy, we are all friends around here.
Jump right in and post some of what you have built or
what you are going to be working on... If you want someone
to assist you, all you have to do is ask. If you just want
to show us what you have going, that's ok too. No one will
put you down, but everyone seems to enjoy when someone is
posting new stuff. There are some "True Master Modelers" here
that will share their secrets and learn from you if you have one.
Wonder around a bit and enjoy. If you get in trouble just look
me up, I can usually be found in the Naughty corner. (don't tell
them, but it's stocked with models and your favorite drink, theirs
and easy chair and a well stocked modeling table, so don't worry
if you join me).
Again welcome aboard and have some fun.
Shawn
