Greetings

I have been up there for Maple Flag, but not in winter time.

If you've been up here outside of June, July and August, you've been here for winter. We just have bad snowmobiling conditions for the first and last couple of months. We can get a snow storm in May when Maple Flag is usually on (no exercises for the next couple of years as they upgrade the range) and we can see some of the foreign participants dressed like they are in the Antarctic.

Cheers,
RichB

Plattsburgh, NY was cold and damp* but had nothing on Minot! I was TDY there back in 2/85 and it was terrible.
I think we talked about that Barny, I was in GF at the same time. I can't remember when we drove over there but it wasn't that much snow on the ground so it had to have been summer....:rotf

Sorry for the hijack Mike.
