Just a quick one lads, colour of gun bay interior and ammo boxes in a F4F/Martlet thanks ??

Some debate, what I've read, and I can't put my finger on the exact reference, but it would have been either Grumman Grey, the same grey you're using in the accessory bay, or aluminum. Give me some time I can put my finger on it, it would not have been Zinc Chromate or interior green.

Thanks Moonpup, i will go with Grumman grey as its a bright colour and will match the rest and show the guns up nicely.

I think that's going to be correct. I know on my wildcat I was going NMF in the gun bay but I can't put my hand on where I got that from. Since have decided to close up the gun bay, just too much to do.
