Anybody got some tips on how to paint eyes in 1/35 and acrylics?
I use mostly vallejo, and i always mess up when it comes to the eyes :woohoo:
A SBS would be wonderful!

Here are some Verlinden busts I did few years ago. I use Vallejo and Citadel acrylics, and apply them with multiple washes and layers of color.
I start off with a dark flesh color (Citadel Dark Flesh) for a base coat, and wash lighter colors (Citadel Med. and Light Flesh) on top. On the eyelids, I will use a lighter flesh on the edges.
I then place thin layers of white for the eyeballs. When that dries, I add a thin wash of black to give depth to the inside of the upper and
lower eyelids. I then paint the corneas and pupils, and place a small white dot in the pupils. For blood shot eyes, I use a thin wash of Tamiya
amber. Hope this helps a little and I apologize if I didnt explain this well.
