Finally have something worthwhile to add to this build...I figure there wouldn't be long range escorts for WWII USAAF bombers without the Mustangs leading the way...and I also figure the -D was the epitome of it's best model as far as iconic variants go....plus I have to review this decal set for IPMS so it serves a dual purpose
