You fooled me. That's Taiwanese Cheng Kung Class Frigate, not American OHP. That's why I couldn't locate it. In my stash I still have Academy's U.S.S. Reuben James FFG57 (Oliver Hazard Perry Class Frigate) 1:350 Premium Edition. All detail-up are parts included.

Yesterday I received another upgrade set for Meng's Pick-up truck. It's a newly-released item from Voyager. Compared with the one from E.T. Models (used above), Voyager's is crispier in both resin and PE parts, with separate rocket heads. I had to order another pick-up for this kit:
