I'll be watching too. I have the Entex 1/12 BMW CSL in the stash. It has had my interest. I want to build something different, out of the armor-aircraft world builds. Paul W has inspired me to try something else by his foray into scale cars.

I am also 'ramping' up to do an LRDG build. I am planning to do both the radio truck and a Breda Gun truck. What a group of men with a daunting task, in a hostile environment, encumbered by war. I have to get my 1/48 F4EJ finished up.

While I was employed at McDonnell-Douglas here in Tulsa we maintained the NKC-135's for the Navy. They would go out and run exercises with varied electronic pods, dependent on the mission, on the wing pylons. I was not aware of this DC8 in this configuration. Jager

WOW, did we have a treat. A national treasure, B29 DOC, was in our home town. Three of us from Tulsa Modelers Forum, Paul, Casey and I went to the Tulsa Air and Space Museum who hosted DOC, a Corsair, P51 and a Texan. If you have not had a chance to see DOC let me tell you it is one impressive...

I really enjoyed building this aircraft. It was a bargain too, $35-38 for the kit. It is a big box full of well molded styrene. On the other hand, the HpH Catapult launcher was a bit more of a challenge. The largest challenge was the sled that carries the aircraft. The kit parts were miscast and...
