I was digging through some big boxes and ran across the old 1/32 Revell Bf110 Night Fighter with the nose antennas. (all there, unbuilt, no original box) I had forgotten I had it even. I also have the Dragon 1/32 Bf 110 night fighter kit as well.

John might be right there with lighter. All day sun near the equator (N Africa) would tend to bleach all the coloring out, even the green line work.

Yes! Every filament bulb I have that goes out gets the filament harvested. I found the easiest way to open the bulb is with my coarse bench grinding wheel. I touch the bulb to the corner edge of the wheel just above the metal end. It grinds through quickly and causes the glass around the...

Here is a quick update, then back to cleaning up the mess. Any time I do machining, I end up with a bunch of aluminum trash and what almost amounts to shiny glitter. If not careful it ends up all over the house. Once the mess is cleaned up I will have to get on to other things...

Yeah too many of the pre done paint racks take up too much desk space and don't hold enough paint. That is why I built my own and they have a 5 -6 inch deep base and are 24+ wide and quite tall.

I know, was just giving some insight and things to think about as I have built 3 paint racks.

I also can supply defunct watch mainsprings. They can be brittle, but heat them real good (till they start to glow) over a candle flame and they will bend quite well and actually be springy. They are some steel alloy and can be quite strong for what they are. Just PM me if you want some.

I finally found a place that had some H&S parts "IN STOCK". Coast Airbrush supply in CA (of course it HAD to be out in loony land) Anyway they had the parts so I ordered plenty.
