Saul, Hawk is a US aircraft... All Hawks has same colours in internal parts - you should use a Zinc Chromate Green in version made by Berry Brothers for Curtis: Curtiss Cockpit Green. This colour was a standard Zinc Chromate + black enamel + aluminium powder / paste. The problem is that...

I strat painting, but there is a small chance to finish model on time - second day I'm waiting for paint to dry (I painted several panels for coverage diversity)... Metallic colors dry so slowly :idonno

Lately I don't have luck with the models - the first was "adventure" with decals in the Bf-110 and now this: at the end of wash on the left wing (between fuselage and star) spilled thinner ... in a result on the paint made up pitting and bubbles. All attempts to rescue situation did not bring...
