IP sorted. Now, one series of pictures show a breaker panel on the starboard side of the cockpit. Not sure about that. I have seen photos with the breaker panel, radio and electrical equipment, and almost bare. Joe

Ok, confusion has set in. The instrument panel seems to change with every picture i see. The lower part seems to have a vary of configurations. Also noticing differences in the starboard side of the cockpit. Some show a breaker panel others do not. Thought I was good to push forward but...

No worries. Got to admit though, I really do enjoy looking at the drawings and schematics when I do research. Joe

Hasegawa 1/32 P-40E. Modification continues. Starting in on the cockpit framing. Adding a few things to the firewall. Upcoming will be more in the cockpit. Joe

What I need to do is go through what I have. Somewhere I have something showing the firewall and engine mounts before the engine is installed. Need to find it.

Hasegawa 1/32 P-40E. Where to start? How about with some styrene carving. The firewall is begun, some odds and ends added. The inner bulkheads are roughed out. Much more to do but it is a start. Joe

Saul, Not sure yet. Thanks to you and others I have quite a bit. Right now looking for a diagram with captions for the engine side of the firewall. Have some photos. This is going to be more in depth project. Joe

It helped with shadows. The Airframe Aluminum is just a bit darker. Joe

Special Hobby 1/32 P-36A. Moving right along. Natural Metal for the finish. Alclad Polished Aluminum for the top and Alclad Airframe Aluminum for the bottom. The finish is in sight. Joe

See if this works. Special Hobby 1/32 P-36A. Been working on this for a while. Interior is 95% or so scratchbuilt. Working on the nose now. Not going for 100%accurate, just going for the illusion. Joe
