    1/35 T-55AM by Ryefield

Haven't been around for a while, busy at the bench or dealing with shitbox cars having catastrophic engine failures! LOL.... Anyway, this is the Rye field T-55 kit and what a nightmare it was. The parts are very fragile, but the moldings are great, the fit is mostly good. with very little putty...

The kit goes together really well, the spine is really boring to paint LOL. Would love to be able to put electronics, but quite useless at it...

    Looking for 1/35 scale pilots

Getting anything remotely Russian is hard here....you DON'T want to know the BS and cost to get a set of PE here from Russia! But yes Quinta is great, the only cheap place I can get it from is Kazakhstan OMG!

    Looking for 1/35 scale pilots

The Hip can do with a good cockpit detail, eduard or some other (all expensive LOL). I will open up the doors on the Hip and have a group of sappers with a donkey being unloaded. There is a fella there with a dog joining in the fun. The Karmov is hellish expensive, I have the Zvezda one in 1/72...

    Looking for 1/35 scale pilots

Yes I have the "live Resin" kits and they are superb, I must admit that I find it odd that these helicopter kits come out in 1/35 and no one has brought out any crew. Trumpeter will be bringing out the KA-52 in 1/35 this year, will have to add another bench I think, alongside the Hind and the...

    Looking for 1/35 scale pilots

Gents, I'm looking for some pilot figures in 1/35 to go with my Trumpeter Hind, I will be doing a diorama from Afghanistan and am just missing the pilots. Can't seem to find anything, anywhere. Got some really nice ones in 1/48, but nothing in 1/35. Here are some pics of the big fella, going to...

I am plotting one with the 1/35 Hind, something from Afghanistan, I have all the pieces built, tanks, trucks and figures (thinking about the adding the 1/35 Mil 18, ) but really have no clue what to do, the Rhodesian BSAP was just a straight piece, nothing special .

If you are like me you have a heap of kits being "displayed" on the shelves in some room in the house, in the vain hopes that someone other than the cat and dust devils take an interest in them. So show us your shelves!

Here is a 3D printed battlemech called the "madcat" or "timber wolf". I like the larger sizes as I can kit bash the machine and super detail it.

Little Big Horn 2006. Sadly I lost a D drive here, a few years ago and lost just about all my photos, I have a few from Gettysburg (2008) and LBH, plus WW1 and viking era, all the rest gone.....here is one of me in 1876 pattern US cavalry with my old Malinois, whom I had for 14 years.

sadly no. I don't know anyone. I have had some large battlemechs done up and a Warlock from Babylon 5. I got them from the US, the Aussie dollar is crap at the moment and shipping is through the roof! Cost me $50 US to get some PE here..

I don't always model military stuff and sometimes do Sci Fi and fantasy, though I think the field is rather limited and very expensive ( that seems to be the gripe with ALL the modellers everywhere!). So when I see these fellas pop up, I grab them. A real joy to paint and the wife actually likes...
