I'll be darned. there was a hotel down in Myrtle Beach named Holiday's Inn, "Holiday Inn" sued them but turns out Mr Holiday had a beach front hotel long before Holiday Inn Corp came into being. So technically he could have sued them. Don't know if it's still there. haven't been to MB in years.
