    Acadamy M4A3 Sherman 105mm with a M1 Dozer Blade

Finished this one but I'm not going to weather it too much just yet as I want to use him in a dio so it's just a basic job for now. Overall a very nice kit to put together and the end product is pretty good.

    Tigers Completion Thread

    Finished for now.

    Hobby Boss 1/16 Tiger 1

Well I am not going to call this one finished just yet as I think I could keep chipping, weathering and throwing mud and dust on this thing for months. I would love to get some nice pictures taken of this monster as mine don't do it justice, it looks pretty cool in real life. But it's finished...

Thanks for your comments they are much appreciated. First coat of dark yellow on over a prime of AK Interactive grey, tracks painted in Vallejo Model Air camo black brown. Next will be a couple of coats of lighter yellow and decide what camo scheme to use.

    Hobby Boss 1/16 Tiger 1

Right I bit the bullet and tried putting Zimmerit on using Tamiya basic putty (the one with the orange lid). And after a fair bit of practice and trial runs I went with the applicator tools that come with the kit after trying screw drivers and other bits and pieces.

    Acadamy M4A3 Sherman 105mm with a M1 Dozer Blade

Bit of a late entry but it'll be alright. I picked up this kit at our club swap meet for a bargain so here we go.

Two coats with a mix of olive drab and a little bit of khaki drab, should give that starting to fade look.

    Hobby Boss 1/16 Tiger 1

About time this had more work done on it. Bit of cutting on the front to remove the rounded bit where the drive gears go. Bit of bog and these little metal transmission covers that I found on ebay and it should be all good (I hope).

    M16 Multiple Gun Motor Carriage

Finally managed to sit down and get this finished and it fought the whole way, trying to get the cab and tray on the chassis shouldn't be that hard but it was. A coat of AK Interactive grey primer went on with no problems, nice and easy to use.
