    Kiwi Staghound Vignette

That's an original idea. I like the layout and the detail on the Staghound. I built my Bronco Staghound as a New Zealand vehicle and had fun with the conversions, markings and stowage.

    Japanese Work Crew-Finished

Re:Japanese Work Crew and helpers I painted some of the figures today. It was fun to paint such simple figures and try to add some detail.

    Japanese Work Crew-Finished

Here's my Cornered build, I figured I'd do a non-military build for a bit of a change. I've picked up a few of these 1/32 Arii Japanese cultural life dioramas and cars. The detail is a little lacking but the subject is very interesting to me. I'll build a small cherry tree in blossom for it too.

    8th Army Officer

Thanks guys. I'll probably finish the other three figures in the set and put them in a dio but I just wanted to do a quick figure for a group build at my local model club.

    8th Army Officer

Here's a 1/35 Dragon figure that I painted with Vallejo acrylics and a little oil paint for the helmet. The light coloured uniform was more difficult to work on than dark colours. The tether for his revolver is fishing line. The base is Yew with painted sandpaper.

I like the idea of artillery, maybe even towed artillery with a prime mover.

A Bridge too Far repair and repaint

Re:A Bridge too Far Nice diorama and good work on the Humber, looks like a lot of detail. I'd like to try building one of those scout cars sometime.
