    I preheat oven to 500 with the convection fan blowing, when the meat is ready and the oven hot. I pull the thermostat down to 200 and quickly put the meat in. You can see the result.

    Dissimilar stuff, love it! I saw seat belts on a b25 that were dissimilar and ever since then I've not been to worried about that stuff. I mean if they can nuclear certify a B52 with dissimilar seat belts in the cockpit why can't a tank, or anything else, have different color components?
