    The Duke's Tribute Build.

Mark, I haven't been on the group for a long time, but I will say that you are doing a fantastic job on that M-48. It does seem odd that you are doing it in 1/35 scale, since I know you are really into 1/72. I hope that the AMPS show display at the Nationals turns out to be a winner, Good...

    The Duke Reaches Another Milestone

Mark, I have been away way too long. You say you have 800 in your built pile, that is incredible. All told, I may have a grand total of 25 between built and un-built. Dude, you truly amaze me with your collection and skills. I tip my hat to you my friend Dave W.

1971 Dodge Charger converted to a (my past ride) 1974 Charger

I am real late getting into this thread, but that Mopar is drop-Dead gorgeous. I love what you did with the interior and the seats. Very nice job man. Dave Wahl

The Duke Finishes Two in August

Mark, those are twp interesting Mercedes staff car types. I find it unusual for a Mercedes staff type vehicle to be driven by Netherlands royalty and sporting American Army markings. Very cool though, I do like it.

The Duke's Armor Finished in March

Mark, those are some fantastic looking vehicles. One Question though, What nationality are those small LAVs and some of the others? I know the first couple are American, but the others are puzzleing to me. Very impressive thou, my friend, I love them all. Dave

More of the Duke's First Models for 2020

Mark, It looks as though you have been very, very busy over the holiday season. Those ground vehicles look fantastic. Your "Snowmobiles" are pretty unique fighting machines. Our own 10th mountain division should develop something similar for operations up in the snow country. All of your...

    Maddog Manufacturing Production in 2019

Mark, that is a fantastic amount of work done for the year. Its hard to figure that paint jar shattering like that. There was probably a defect in the jar itself, and when you used the pliers on the lid, was just enough pressure to break the jar. Good thing you had the spare jar and could...

The Duke's Armor Finished in October

That 3 gunned turret looks like it may have been originally planned for a vessel like the Bismark or Tirpitts. Forgive the lousy spelling. Nice job on both of these project Duke. Dave

    Maddog Manufacturing Production in 2019

Mark, I just happened on this part of the site, and noticed that you are looking for ways to set up stained glass for a displaydio., and it occurred to me that you should try to get hold of some HO scale church buildings that are not workable by the owner, and see if you can get the window...

    The Duke's Armor in May

Mark, they should have given you an award for the largest collection at a Nationals. I'm not sure about any of the future Nats, because we may be hauling anchor and going to Tenn. in a couple/few years. Maybe one of these days, we will get an eyeball on each other. Glad you had a good time. Dave

    The Duke's Armor in May

Mark, Did you make it to the Nats in Chattanooga this year? If you did, did you enter anything, and how did you do. Did you get any pix of the entries? If so, can you post them for us to see. I would really like to get closer to where they have those shows, instead of up here in Dogpatch...

    The Duke's Armor in May

Mark, If you are going to the IPMS Nationals in Chattanooga, Could you do me a favor and see if you could pick me up one of those 1/72 V-100 kits, as long as its not too costly. Lmk if you can or not. I couldn't find one in the Squadron ads. Dave
