The Modern Phantom Guide: The F-4 Phantom Yup. That's the one I'm looking for. I got the kit and I'm finally ready to build a Phantom . I actually bought the book in 2009 . Now that we moved , I can't locate it . Very frustrating . I'm sure I did not give it away or tossed it . . .

It was not unusual for the material to be impregnated as well . I think the T-37's might have used something similar in the nose compartments . Maybe ? Can't recall for sure . Cheers , Christian

I don't know for a fact what these are but old engine seals were made from rope material . Don't know what the actual rope was made from but in this time period , it seems possible . It would be cheaper than leather and more compressible. Don't fixate on the color.

I think you are thinking of the wrong paints . I'm speaking of the lacquer paints . https://ak-interactive.com/product/real-colors-afv-full-range . That won't do with the wet pallet except make mud . Copy and paste. Regards , Christian

The secret of spraying Tamiya or Gunze ( aquos ) is using the Mr surfacer self leveling thinner around 50/50. It also works with AK interactive lacquer paints . Regards, Christian .
