    Military vehicles for sale

Thanks Bob but I'm really not expecting much of a response here, too little traffic to be effective but I thought I would do so out of courtesy. I probably should rent a table at the Chattanooga show or better yet see if I can hook up with the Rare Plane Detective before the show. I've heard...

    Military vehicles for sale

Age and changing likes has caused be to take a hard look at what I have collected over the dozen years since I got back into the hobby. In some cases it's "what were thinking" others are kits or items that no longer interest me. Organizing the stash I found duplicates I didn't realize I had and...

    Nakajima G10N Fugaku

I thought I would start out the year with something different :woohoo: So different that a little history seems in order. It's not so much a wiffer but more a Jap46 model. When the tide of the war turned against Japan, it was soon realized that some means to attack the U.S. mainland had to be...

Wow, that thing is really tiny, even with a microscope my shaky hands would make a mess of it, I'll probably struggle building the 1/32 kit I have. Looking great so far, keep up the good work !

    J2m3

Thanks guys ! Bob, the J2M was designed by Jiro Horikoshi, creator of the A6M Zero. It was to be a strictly local-defense interceptor, intended to counter the threat of high-altitude bomber raids, and thus relied on speed, climb performance, and armament at the expense of maneuverability...

    J2m3

OK, made it with a couple hours to spare ! This is the 1/32 Hasegawa kit. A joy to build as the fit was great. Hardest part was hacking the leading edge of the wing for the gun fairings and filling in the gun troughs on the cowling, nothing too taxing. I actually took some in progress photos so...
