    AMT '67 Mustang Fastback--Completed 05/20

yaaaaaaa, that stance….good opportunity to do a dio. With the engine out, or launching for a 1/4 mile, but that’s about all. most of my old Chrysler products took on this look as they got older and those 30 foot long rear leaf springs sagged into a reverse arc but that’d still be out of spec...

    General Lee.....ish '69 Dodge Charger

I should clear that up, you’re correct the ‘74 didn’t come with a 6 pack 440 it came with a smogger 400cid 4bbl Carter thermoquad, I re-powered it with a drive train from a 66 charger. sorry for the confusion (that’s on me) although.....Chrysler Direct connection made the 6 pack available for...

    Matchbox/Revell 1/72 DHC-6 800

got some masking and painting with the help of Badger Frisket Film and Tamiya tape. I used pics of a Twin Otter on Viking's website to get an idea of the "house colors", all painting with Tamiya lacquers so far. Thanks for looking

    Matchbox/Revell 1/72 DHC-6 800

The kit windows are poor fit and terribly thick. My last Twotter got scotch tape windows so I’ll do that again here, and a plunge formed windshield to eliminate the badly shaped, thick, nasty, and just plain yucky kit windshield.

    Matchbox/Revell 1/72 DHC-6 800

Sooo after using bits from one kit to fix another kit I had some spare bits left over from one kit. What do you do with a modelling mojo bottoming out and partially built, mostly buggered up kits? Glue them together into something new (who knew?) I drew the model first on paper, liked the idea...
