Aside from perfect binding and new cover image, the new edition has 80 pages versus the 76 of the previous book with a stapled spine.

All the plans, the main reason to buy these books, have been redone but the changes are very minor. Compared to the older edition (whose plans are dated 2012) the black of the tires are gone as well as some incorrectly placed shading on the sprockets:
