Orange Hobby „Red Series“ 2m Stabantenne early (Item N°: G35-003-35) :
This set from Orange Hobby is for early World War 2 German vehicles ranging from Panzer II-IV.
The set consists of an antenna with 57mm length, the mounting bracket that has drilled a hole to the side so that the antenna can be glued in easily, a small pe fret for the securing springs and a short assembly illustration.
The antenna is of stiff brass and the pe, although thin for easy bending, can be compared with Voyager pe from stiffness.
------------------------------------
Assembly of the antenna is straight forward, beginning with gluing the antenna into the mounting bracket. Then the side springs can be glued in one after the other. Watch out here and do not glue the leaves together prior to mounting them to the antenna base but bend each one and glue it in place, that is the easiest way to assemble!
The final result is correct in dimensions, very convincing and a huge step forward in details to any kit supplied antenna!
Highly Recommended!
Our thanks go out to Anson from Orange Hobby
