Vertical Drilling & Precision Center Drilling
The platform aids in vertical drilling and precision center drilling for plastic rods. It supports drill bits with a 3.175mm shank. For center drilling, adjust the slider to align with plastic rods ranging from 1.5mm to 10.5mm in diameter.
Joining Plastic Sheets
The platform provides guides for joining plastic sheets at various angles (e.g., 90°, 45°, 135°, 60°, 30°, 120°). For stronger bonds, chamfering the joining edges can provide a larger contact area. The platform also supports plastic sheet corner cutting.
Half Circle or Triangular Rod Making
Transform square plastic rods into half-circle or triangular shapes. Insert the rod into the appropriate guide and carefully sand or cut away the unwanted section. Examples for 1mm and 2mm square rods are provided.
Plastic Rod Chamfering

Equal Width Cutting
Achieve consistent strip widths by using the fixed width cutting guides. Insert your plastic sheet and cut along the designated lines to produce strips of uniform width.
