Finally got an update. Tracks!

How about that, tracks that actually fit!

Playing around with dark yellow wash from Vallejo, I had the wheels soaking in it and thought it was too green but it dried out and barely noticeable now. Will keep playing.

I like the kit, dry fit is almost like snap together. I think it's clear this kit was built with an interior in mind, why they don't supply one I don't know.

Tim it's fun, you can get good and sloppy with the weathering.

There's just something about putting those tracks together piece by piece that doesn't sound fun to me.

You have a point....

Depends on what tracks. The single piece stuff is not so bad, these on the Bradley were a snap as the pins were precut and almost no cleanup required.

Rubber band tracks suck unless you're building an Allied piece with live tracks. Lots of pieces? Modeling at its best. :coolio

I squeezed in some construction.

So on these louvers, I black washed the valleys and added the screen, think it really defines some depth don't you?

The park where I walk at lunch is behind a National Guard Armory. I couldn't resist taking some pictures of the stuff they have and how the paint had faded.
