Boy this is something I wish I could do..... I tremble like a little school girl at the thoughts of painting a pilot figure. That's some really nice detail there.

...for a better finish of a figure,whenever possible,I use airbrushing painting...so let´s go...





...all the figure parts were black primmed...






...the flesh tones...an acrylic base for the future oil painting...





...the flesh tones were lightened (they were too dark...)






...the Field Gray and the base for the autumm camo were applied...












...the PPSh amunition pouches (light green)...






... a general view of the components, until now...

Looking great Luiz! The chipping on the gas mask canister looks wonderful!

Can't wait to see the camo painting start. BTW, what do you use to thin your Vallejo's for
airbrushing?
