Found some time to work on the 88 today, one boggie is primed and painted dark yellow, the other boggie is almost finnished, just the cable reels left to do and then painting :D

Ok time to get something done to this one now!
Added some covers made from cleaning tissue coloured with coffe and soaked in dilluted whiteglue.

Also worked on the dials, not so happy with it but it will have to do, still waiting for the crystal clear to dry.

Used Mig brown wash, i'm still trying out this technique so it's not really how i wanted it but it's coming :huh:

Ok so i started on this again now when i managed to finnish my road warrior :coolio
Did some drybrushing in different colours on the base and boggie and after that i do some small scratching with a fine brush, this will be a well used gun, not sure they ever looked this worn down but that's the look i go for :geek

I painted the tyres with vallejo dark rubber, tried to sand them down a little but the soft plastic/rubber was just messed up so i paint them instead, it looks ok.

The Sws will pull this 88 when it's ready :ro:
