Dragon Model Limited (DML) is Dragon , Cyber Hobby is owned by them but is used to release limited release stuff , Cyber Hobby sells direct to the public , I think there is a distributor arrangement that they can not sell Dragon direct to the public ... so they sell package deals on new dragon items with another kit and a book to overcome this . They are the same company though .

A little add on. Cyber Hobby is now to release (not limited but full release as Dragon's equal) aircraft and ship models. Their first release is the Bf-110.
