( Note:Jose E Rancudo later became Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force prior to his retirement in late 70s)..

Decal used is from (Philippine made) HARIBON Decals . .

Several actual photos of the prototype showed the machine with under belly pylon but without belly tank as well as un-armed (i.e., sans sidewinders) . . I opted to have the under belly pylon carry a drop tank as shown above.. Sidewinder dou is being prepared to be slung on the outboard wing pylons (just for effect, later on).. The kit is 72nd Italeri . . with scratch-built simulation of 20-mm M-39 Cannon, Canopy Actuator . . . the Aluminum Lacquer painted finish of the original is simulated with Bosny (Krylon equivalent) Chrome enamel (should've laced it generously with some white to reduce the chrome-y effect)...

Thanks for looking...

(working presently on KITS of T-28D and OV-10A - both 72nd, Philippine AF markings-also from HARIBON Decals)

Nice job, thanks for sharing.

I remember one of these F-5 kits having an impressive array of of weapon options, I built it up with two SUU-16 under the wings.

You got stuff in progress please share with us, we like pictures..:popcorn
