Very Nice Piet. Your plaster copy is better than the original. Your extra brick detail has really made this way better.:notworthy

No,
Never had any real big air pockets........:oldguy: the trick is to wet the mould with water before you pour the plaster and don't make it the plaster to thin, and always use casting plaster .
 
Excellent! I like how you showed a photo of the plastic master, the silicon mold, and the plaster casting with your extra detailing for comparison.
