Modern Russian Armour question

Are all modern Russian armoured vehicle tracks black? All the pics I can find online show the tracks a semi gloss black. Even ones that are in use show little chaffing and marginal rust. I have read that the tracks are a very hard material that does not rust. Any help would be appreciated.
