Some in-progress and finish photos of 'special' awards for the Lone Star Figure Show-2012.​

1" X 12" Red Oak milled plank ready for cutting.

"measure twice, cut once"

Ripping Red Oak plank with table saw.

Cross-Cut with miter saw.

Routed edges on wood plaques.

Red Oak Plaques cut and routed, double layered.

Stain applied to wood plaques.

Red Oak Grain greatly enhanced with stain.

Poly Coat Varnish applied for finish.

Laser Etched Brass Plaques mounted with brass hardware.
