Harrier Reference photos

Here are some photos of USMC Harrier aircraft and flight ops aboard the USS Tripoli LPH-10.
Harrier hovering.

Taking off like they would on a real Carrier.

Turning and burning just like the ship.

Launch another Harrier.

Up close and personal... Note the explosives to blow the canopy.

Fill her up with WATER??? check out the garden hose.

Getting them ready, with San Clemente Island in the background.

Sorry it took so long to find them...
Dollar (I'm not aircraft expert), but that 3rd one doesn't look
much like a Harrier...
Great photos...
