I have several coworkers in Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton...I tell them it's the Metric Thanksgiving.

Chef (that would be me) prepared a roast pork tenderloin with roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips, onions, garlic and mushrooms accompanied by a Roscato Bianco Dolce Vino Frizzante. Dessert was the obligatory pumpkin pie and whipped cream.

This year both boys where working and I was "enjoying" a large Kidney Stone so supper was some water, soup, more water, and yet more water. Has been a blast.
