M-46 Patton tank 1/48th scale by Atlantis

Amazing amount of work and then a gutsy thing to do. I don't have the talent to draw. You do. This is a very good job.

"Winter Watch" 1/16th Figure Kit-Bash, Vignette

Absolutely amazing. Any part of this figure is a master piece. The scarf, hat, white uniform. White is a tough color to work with. I cant imagine the judges talking about first place.

    Panzer IV Ausf F

This one is close to finished. I might add some canteens and other odds and ends. Tamiya is Tamiya, but they have really upped their game with figures. This model came with a crew and I will adding them in the future. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I also tried some things with my...

"Very nice!! I have an Aust D in 1/48th scale and can't decide gray or DAK. Gary S." Do both and practice chipping. There are examples of DAK vehicles blotches/lines over the gray. i tried gray with heavy dusting here: https://modelersalliance.org/threads/dak-panzer-iv.157452/ It did not turn...

    Panzer and DAK figures

They are not great, but are a lot better the the pictures. I use my iphone and it always comes out very grainy.

Update on the kublewagen. The seats are finished. It's onward and upward from here. I looked at the old pictures of the leather seats A touch up and wash would have made them look really good leather.

    Panzer IV Ausf F

This a work in progress. It is Tamiya DAK with motorcycle. Typical Tamiya fit and the figures are not that bad.

    Panzer and DAK figures

Here are two figures I am working on. The face of the panzer figure is not bad. The face of the DAK figure not so much.

Since there has been so many comments about the chickens, I thought I would give everyone the background story. Besides chicken feed I also feed them dried meal worms. You know your in the country when Walmart sells chicken worms. The chickens love the worms. Of course, they are birds. No matter...

The detail on that engine is phenomenal. It would look good to get a couple of figures and have them changing engines. Update on the seats. They look like incredibly dusty seats, not canvas. I will not give up. Meanwhile I am having interruptions doing daily chores

Thank you all for the encouragement. I am going to fix it. The instructions called for khaki which implies canvas. My error

The seats were canvas. Now what? I am not a happy modeler right now.

    DAK Meng Kubelwagen

Well this brutally cold weather has kicked someone in the rear. This is the Meng Kubelwagen which I cant say enough about. The fit is every bit as good as Tamiya with more detail. I screwed on the car top. It does look like it is faded.
