    I'm going to try my hand at some pre shading and giving the ribs some treatment. A bit tedious but at least it's not tracks. I tried free handing with the thick body acrylics. Not sure I'm digging it. Swipe of windex could reset it pretty easily. Thoughts?

    I think another medium for the pins would work better for "snap on". White metal doesn't really play well for snapping back in shape. Now if you could flare the end of the pins once the link is in place...maybe that'll work. Good luck!

    Letting the colors dry and will put a wash down in there. Wash should tone down a bit to be behind glass. Then I'll mask off and start primer preshade steps.

    Life's too short for that stuff. I bought a very expensive upgrade set for the B58 hustler for an open cockpit build I wanted to do. The "resin" was as steady as the plastic bag army men we use to melt with death rays from magnifying glasses. We're building things in an amazing time for models!
