I have a set of these white middle ones. The battery for the LED doesn't last, if you bump the snap-in lens, it falls onto whatever you are working on, and they get REALLY heavy on your head. It's for sale if you want it. $25.00 would buy it! Better an external light source and a set of 1.50...

You are going to break off the molded on cannonades or swivel guns molded into the rail. A bit of sprue, c/a glued back on, should suffice. I finish these with a dash of sharpie on the top to give them a metallic semi-gloss look. HMS Speedy's ratlines are all fitted. They don't just glue...

RTV mold rubber experiment failure. I opened this in December of 2026. The mixing of the RTV occured in the original package. A plastic jar, if you will. I had no expectation of contamination, but the label does say "Use as soon as possible", affirming my belief that the white silicone...

Little HMS Speedy and her instructions are progressing steadily. For such small Brig, Captain Cochrane's carried a ton of sail. She would have been quite speedy indeed!

I'm getting really good 1/350 Phoenix and Sidewinder missiles. The Sparrows come out of the mold hard and crooked. There's always a stray chunk of gray plastic around here waiting......
